Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 3.1 of the Constitution, the Board of Management has called an Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 21^st January 2021 at 8pm by Zoom due to the current Coronavirus pandemic.

• Voting procedure - during the Zoom Meeting, each Resolution will be shown on your screen separately.  All you have to do is click FOR or AGAINST or ABSTAIN and then click SUBMIT to register your vote for that Resolution.
• The Meeting will be recorded.
